Alright, just got a reply back from the DOD's AFPS. It says: "Good morning - Operation Enduring Freedom - Afghanistan ended Dec. 31, 2014. It was succeeded by Operation Freedom's Sentinel. Thank you for your query." This pretty much confirms my suspicions that OEF is still ongoing, it's just that OEF-A is over.
