The New Mutants has creative visuals and a great cast, however I found that the characters were heavily underdeveloped and relied on stereotypes to fill the gaps. The story felt weirdly paced, like I feel this would've been better as a series instead of a movie. I like how it links to previous movies, it did that really nicely.
