Apr 30, 2015 · Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy When I first heard about this project (in an Entertainment Weekly feature on Colin Firth after he won the Oscar for "The King's Speech") my first reaction was mixed: I've always loved the story, but wondered why they would go back and re-do a novel that was made into a 6 hour TV miniseries still considered the gold standard for TV movies.
