  5. Oct 1, 2006 · Thankfully, Amityville:It's about time hits every target it sets out to. There is a very good storyline to propel the viewer along a-la demonically posessed clock that manages to cause its' owner's family members to turn against each other as well as provide the usual haunted house jitters the original first and second films did so well.

  6. Nothing really compares to original movies but this is my second favorite of the franchise. It's defiantly no where near as dark as the first two. Takes place in 1992 and reminds me of a Beverly Hills 90210 meets Amityville or a very long 90's Twilight Zone episode.
