Dec 13, 2011 · HELL COMES TO FROGTOWN: The budgets for each of these movies is low, particularly Def-Con 4. 'Hell Comes to Frogtown' at least has some recognizable names even if they are for 'B' movie actors/actresses. 'Hell Comes to Frogtown' is definitely the better of the two. There are some decent sets and the 'frog people' look pretty good.
