A very real, bitter-sweet story that's both devastating yet hopeful - all at the same time. Such a timely and inspiring film, especially in such a potlical divided era. "If Beale Street Could Talk" is yet another Berry Jenkins masterpiece, that's well worth seeing and reflecting on.
