When Popeye uses it, Sea Hag tries to get it back before he uses the other two. Knowing that he's on his way to pick up Olive for a date, the Sea Hag gets there before Popeye does, binds and gags the slender brunette, then makes herself look like Olive. She then goes with Popeye to the dance planning to steal the coin, using violence if necessary.

Popeye or Popeye the Sailor is a comic book series based upon Popeye and the rest of the Thimble Theatre cast, spun off from Four Color ' s early Popeye editions.
