The Brawler’s Guild has been closed for all of Shadowlands. There’s a bug that’s let Horde who already have it unlocked still participate though. Otherwise you can’t. But again, that’s a bug. Just looked it up. All the patch note said was "will return in the future". WoWHead took that to mean "in shadowlands" without actually having that said by Blizzard. WORLD EVENTS.
