I tried to get the account put in my mother in laws name (widow) and after hours of talking to people who thought I was a scammer I was unsuccessful! So I left it in her name and continued to pay the bill on a card with MY name on it.

Instead, they send me over to Direct TV to view and pay my bill, but when I go there and ask for my balance a pop-up comes up and says that my balance was sent to my email. But the email NEVER ...
Jan 16, 2023 · During this process, many people see their online accounts having trouble loading the bill, current programming package, managing receivers, issues logging in generally, etc. The most you can do right now is wait. I doubt any phone representative can speed up the process for you (unfortunately).

My father has been a customer of Direct TV for almost 17 years and has paid his bill every month and on time during the whole entire time of being a customer. He was having issues with his TV and the guide on his TV not formatting correctly while he was checking the guide.
