I get to the verification part, pass the captcha code but no verification is sent because my 'mobile number is already occupied.'. I think it's saying I already have an account but I don't think this is accurate.
It's the english version that will be shutdown not the chinese version . I went to bilibilicomics account at bilibili and there are no shutdown announcement. In Fact, bilibilicomics announcing contest from the latest post. It has to do with money in my opinion. Bilibili comics is unprofitable. I meam, bilibili in general is not making profit.

Two versions of Bilibili account? So I got a premium account a few years ago on Bilibili.com which has worked great so far. Recently, I was trying to log into an English version of the app and it created a different account (new UID and everything) tied to my same phone number. This new account works for Bilibili.tv but not for Bilibili.com.
