Ed Bell is a convicted sex offender and murderer. He made a written jailhouse confession, claiming he murdered 11 girls near Galveston, TX. From what I’ve read, no physical evidence has linked Ed to the murders. He had a long history of flashing young girls - ultimately, in 1978 he ended up murdering a man who caught him exposing himself.
