9:00am–5:00pm. The Gateway Arch and Call Center are open year-round but are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Summer Hours run the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day. Winter Hours run the Tuesday after Labor Day through the Friday before Memorial Day weekend.
Jan 2, 2024 · The park grounds are open from 5:00am–11:00pm year round. The Arch Store closes about 15 minutes before the museum closes. The Arch Cafe is open from 9 to 4 during regular hours and 9 to 6 during the summer. Gateway Arch National Park is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.

Visitors have one tram cycle at the top of the arch before riding back down. This works out to approximately 7-9 minutes at the top. The approximate time of a complete tour to the top is 45 minutes. The last tram of the day goes up approximately an hour before closing time.
