Feb 19, 2024 · Here’s my fix: go to the email icon app, select the troubling email, click edit (top right corner), at the bottom click mark all, and mark as all read. Viola, it’s fixed! Look for an “all mail” folder. If it has any unread emails in it, clear and mark that mail as read.
