To me thats a bad bad baddddd move. Imagine you need a key made and you have to wait for some person or two or three to return the items they didn't need.

As a new homeowner, I've been going to Menards a lot. I recently special ordered some doors for my house. There was a problem with the doors so I had to return and reorder them. They usually charge a 25% restocking fee but they kindly waived the fee for me and were very helpful throughout the whole process. Amazing customer service!

We stopped by Menards today (Saturday) for their 15% off everything you can get in the bag sale. We picked out some paint, trim, other supplies, and snacks. We are remodeling our house and Menards had everything we needed, from trim, to doors, and even snacks to keep us going. Loved the 15% off sale- we saved near $50 bucks.
