Apr 27, 2021 · The most important thing to know when planning a trip to Alcatraz is that all access to the island is through a private ferry company under contract with the National Park Service, Alcatraz City Cruises LLC. The other most important thing to know is that there is no food available on Alcatraz (other than dry snacks/candy from the bookstore)!
Tuesday thru Saturday, Check-In Time: 2:15 PM and 2:45 PM until March 9th. Spring/Summer: 4:20 PM and 4:50 PM Check-in. Includes: Mobile E-Ticket Check-in. Ferry ride to and from Alcatraz Island. Two-hour Park Ranger guided tour with small group of 20 people or fewer tour guests.
