Girona ( Catalan: [ʒiˈɾonə]; Spanish: Gerona [xeˈɾona] ⓘ) is the capital city of the province of Girona in the autonomous community of Catalonia, Spain, at the confluence of the Ter, Onyar, Galligants, and Güell rivers.
