Tracks 18 to 21 was recorded in 1979 but never aired. McDaniel is credited for writing track 6, but it's actually track 7. There are other credits that may be incorrect, like tracks 14 and 15 where credits differ from the original LP, but it's harder to verify as they are "within" the band. Track 18 is originally titled You Better Move On.

The Lurkers recorded four sessions at Maida Vale Studios for John Peel at BBC Radio 1, between 1977 and 1979. Their debut single "Shadow", the first release on Beggars Banquet Records , was voted by John Peel's listeners as twelfth best track of the year in 1977's Festive Fifty . with "Love Story", the B-side, at number 31. Oct 26, 2006 · This album is totally worth buying if you're into late 70's British punk. I was turned on to them by the Henry Rollins book and was glad I bought it. It is right up there with The Damned's early albums. It's not a classic album like The Damned's first album but this is a great collection of their BBC sessions and worth checking out.
