United American Video, later known as UAV Corporation, UAV Entertainment, and Sterling Entertainment Group, was an American home video distributor, based in Nashville, Tennessee. The company's headquarters was later moved to Charlotte, North Carolina; then Fort Mill, South Carolina.

United American Video was founded in 1984 and released a variety of full-length movies, TV episodes, and classic cartoons. UAV quickly became one of the biggest independent video companies in the United States, with over 200 tapes available. By 1990, they had begun using the name 'UAV Corporation' and stopped using their full name.

Around 1992, UAV began to focus on children's movies and cartoons as their main product. They created the series 'UAV Gold' for their licensed films, and continued releasing public domain films as just 'UAV Corp.' 'UAV Silver' was occasionally used for newer public domain material or obscure licensed products.

In 1998, UAV changed their name to Sterling Entertainment Group and began releasing films on DVD. They also purchased several smaller video companies that could not afford to use DVDs. Sterling continued to use the UAV brand for VHS releases and alternated between 'Sterling Entertainment,' 'Gemstone Entertainment,' and 'Ovation Home Entertainment' for DVD releases.

Sterling Entertainment Group closed its doors in 2006.
