Location and student life. Christ’s is centrally located, with instant access to the shops and cafés of the city centre. The College's extensive gardens offer an oasis of calm amidst the hubbub, and conceal a 17th century swimming pool and (occasionally) the College cats.
Christ’s College. Christ’s students often compare the College to the Tardis: the inconspicuous vessel that transports sci-fi hero Doctor Who through time and space. It looks small on the outside, but has extensive grounds and gardens, concealing a theatre, three eateries, several libraries, a squash court, gym and swimming pool.

One of the larger colleges in Cambridge for tourists to visit, Christ's College offers a pleasant glimpse into what student life in Cambridge is about. You can walk around the extensive courts and garden, but not enter the facilities as such.
