Geneva Arlene McNicholl (née Grazer; 10 December 1889 – 22 January 2002) known as "Grandma Mac", was an American supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). At time of her death, she was the oldest known person in Oregon.
Geneva McNicholl was born in Lafayette, Oregon on 10 December 1889. Her parents were Sylvester Grazier and Lovissa Eliza (née Henry) Grazier. She had two siblings. Her mother shared her birthday and lived to be 99.
She married railroad worker Harry E. Rogers in Vancouver, Washington on 1 August 1918. The couple had one son Robert "Bob" Rogers (1920–2017). After their divorce, she worked in Portland and on the Oregon coast as a waitress.
She and Bob moved with her second husband, James McNicholl, to Cooks, Wash., where they built and operated a grocery store and Shell station along State Route 14, hand-pumping gasoline from glass globe-topped pumps. After she and her second husband divorced, McNicholl ran the store alone.
She retired in 1966 at age 76. She was a member of the Minerva Chapter No. 104, Order of the Eastern Star in Portland for 74 years. She attended dinners and activities with friends at the Skamania County Senior Center. At age 104, after several small strokes, she moved at Columbia Basin Care Center.

Grazer was born in Los Angeles, California, to Arlene Becker Grazer and criminal defense attorney Thomas Grazer. He is the older brother of Nora Beth Grazer (b. 1952) and actor/director Gavin Grazer (b. 1961). He was raised in Sherman Oaks and Northridge, in Los Angeles's San Fernando Valley.
