Victor Television (or simply VictorTV) is an American television syndication studio and the syndication arm of Victor Hugo Pictures Television, itself a subsidiary of Victor Hugo Pictures.

The name was inspired by the visual play on the words stemming from the word "Television" covering the "Hugo" row of the Victor Hugo Pictures tower for their television logo renditions from 1960 to 1992, ultimately reading "Victor Television Pictures". The word "Pictures" is now omitted from the logo, simply read as "Victor Television".

Victor Television was formed in 1990 by Victor, Inc. (the Victor Communications unit that oversaw Victor Hugo Pictures at that time) in order to separate Victor Hugo Pictures's television productions (which were previously handled by its Victor Hugo Pictures Television division) from the movie studio in order to increase the latter's output. During this time, Victor Television and Victor Hugo Pictures served as two of Victor's four main units, along with the Victor Broadcasting Company and Victor Television Stations. Following a 1994 restructuring of Victor's television production companies, Victor Television was refocused on syndication and "non-traditional programs"; its network television division was moved back to Victor Hugo Pictures and retook the Victor Hugo Pictures Television name.

Victor Television distributes almost all programming from the television production unit and its subsidiaries and the motion picture studio's output (and their own subdivisions); since sister company Victor Hugo Pictures Television produces most of the Victor network programming, Victor Television can also be considered the network's syndication arm. It owns programming from other production companies and studios they have acquired, including Film World Entertainment (including those by Five Star Television).
