The author of three novels of suspense, The Glory Hand, Savage, and The Accursed, Paul Boorstin has written screenplays for feature films and TV shows including Angel of Death, Fire with Fire, and Fame.
Boorstin retired in 1987, saying that he wanted to do full-time writing. He died of pneumonia February 28, 2004, in Washington D.C. He was survived by Ruth, his three sons, Paul, Jonathan and David, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
