Mary Marr "Polly" Platt (January 29, 1939 – July 27, 2011) was an American film producer, production designer and screenwriter. She was the first woman accepted into the Art Directors Guild, in 1971.
Polly Platt was a versatile filmmaker who worked as a producer, production designer and costume designer on many acclaimed movies. She was married to Peter Bogdanovich and died of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in 2011.
