Toshiki Inoue (井上 敏樹, Inoue Toshiki, born November 28, 1959) is a Japanese screenwriter from Saitama Prefecture. He is known for his work on anime and tokusatsu dramas and films. He is the son of Masaru Igami (伊上勝, Igami Masaru), who himself was a screenwriter for tokusatsu dramas.

No offence to Toshiki Inoue fans, but he kinda loss his touch on Kamen Rider series after seeing what he did to Kamen Rider Ryuki rider time series, the Decade VS Zi-O rider time series and the very inappropriate scene for Raia and Gai which made me very uncomfortable.
