Mitsuhisa Ishikawa (石川 光久, Ishikawa Mitsuhisa, born October 30, 1958) is a Japanese anime producer and planner, as well as the co-founder and current chairman of the anime studio Production I.G.

Mitsuhisa Ishikawa is the president and CEO of Production I.G, the animation studio he founded in 1987. He produced animation works such as The End of Evangelion (1997), Jin-Roh (1999) and Ghost in the Shell: Innocence (2004).
Ishikawa is known for the world-famous Ghost in the Shell (1995), Blood: The Last Vampire” (2000), and the animated sequence in Kill Bill: Vol.1 (2003), as well as Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence (2004) which was the first anime to be nominated at the Cannes International Film Festival.
