I highly recommend this record to anyone into Dave Grohl’s other work. This pressing is surprisingly good, the vinyl is thick, dynamic, and quiet. It doesn’t look bad either. Sounds quality ranges from track to track. Hell’s Garden sounds noticeably worse than Color Pictures of a Marigold before it.

Apr 4, 2022 · (Dave Grohl) Pocketwatch tape from 1992. Where most restorations start with a good transfer of the tape itself, I rebuilt the album from transfers of Dave's demo tapes containing these same songs. As Pocketwatch was a product of cassettes, all circulating copies of it are at least fourth generation, to my estimation.
