Aadesh Shrivastava (4 September 1964 – 5 September 2015) was a music composer and singer of Indian music. Initially, he had worked as a drummer to music composers including R. D. Burman, Rajesh Roshan before working independently as a music director.

Sep 4, 2015 · MUMBAI: Music composer Aadesh Shrivastava (51), who was battling a cancer relapse, passed away at Kokilaben Hospital on Saturday at around 12.30am. He had successfully fought multiple myeloma (cancer of the plasma cells) when he was diagnosed for the first time in 2010.
Aadesh Shrivastava was a composer and actor, known for Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham... (2001), Refugee (2000) and Chalte Chalte (2003). He was married to Vijayata Pandit. He died on 5 September 2015 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
