Class Election, Part 2 is the thirteenth episode of the first season of Fred: The Show and a continuation of Class Election, Part 1.

Fred and Kevin discover that their opponent for class president, Starr, is bribing students in order to win. Wanting to expose Starr as a cheater, the boys band together.

The episode opens with Fred and Kevin both passed out on a messy, but apparently empty stage on class election day. Fred wakes up and freaks out (also waking Kevin up), both unable to clearly remember what had happened before then. They then spend time trying to recall the events leading up to the present.

They remember that they were trying to follow Starr and had found out that she was bribing the other students for votes. They tried going to the principal, but they didn't have proof. So they came up with a plan-- Fred was to distract Starr while Kevin was to look for evidence behind her back. Kevin almost managed to get pictures of Starr's plans for cheating in the election, except his camera was pointed the wrong way.

After getting defensive about Fred calling his nose hairs a forest, Kevin remembers how they were able to eavesdrop and record Starr's conversation with her friends, where she was clearly telling them she was cheating or else she'll never president. They ended up losing evidence of that after the janitor accidentally short-circuited their equipment.

Fred then finds an anonymous note in his pocket from someone who said they would help them "break the Starr case wide open." They recall their meeting with the mysterious person, who had approached them from inside the school supply closet. The person told them to follow a literal trail of jellybeans that lead them to a classroom where they see Starr hypnotizing students twenty minutes before the election.

Kevin and Fred had then proceeded to make team shirts. After they were done, it was announced over the intercom that Starr had won, and her swearing-in ceremony was to begin immediately. They scrambled to get there and had ended up getting knocked out trying to interrupt the ceremony. It's then revealed that everyone is still there, watching them the whole time. Fred is about to break the news, when Starr decides to confess herself that she cheated, explaining it was because Fred and Kevin were running dirty campaigns against each other.

It's then revealed that Starr didn't want to be president, that she actually started cheating to help Fred and Kevin win, and that she was the mysterious person who sent the note. Fred and Starr decide to be actual friends, no class president is decided for that year, and the episode ends with Starr singing to Fred armpit-farting the school song after everyone else left.
