Research Interests. Microeconomic Theory, Organization Economics, Industrial Organization. The goal of his research is to understand how incentives affect the behaviors of individuals in various organizational settings, and to develop insights regarding the optimal design of incentives.
George Georgiadis and Michael Powell propose a framework to improve incentive contracts under moral hazard using A/B tests. They apply their theory to data from DellaVigna and Pope's (2018) study and discuss extensions.
