Doris Egan (born 1955) is an American screenwriter, producer, and writer. She has worked on Smallville, Dark Angel, and House as well as many other television programs.
She started her career as a novelist and short story writer, and is the author of the Ivory series (The Gate of Ivory, Two Bit Heroes, and Guilt-Edged Ivory), which straddled the line between science fiction and fantasy.
