Casey Patterson (born April 20, 1980) is a professional American beach volleyball player based out of Huntington Beach, CA. Patterson and his former teammate, Jake Gibb, were named the USAV Team of the Year as well as AVP Team of the Year for 2013. [1]
Named MVP in the 2010 Puerto Rican indoor league. Competed in the indoor Swedish Elite Professional League as an outside hitter for the Falkenberg professional team, and led team to the finals where they won the gold medal. Played for Club Santa Barbara in high school.
2021: Patterson reunited with Chase Budinger and the duo was the top team on the AVP Tour. They played in the championship in all three AVP tournaments, winning twice. On the year they were 15-3 in matches, with all three losses coming to Tri Bourne and Trevor Crabb.
Sep 1, 2022 · In his last season on the AVP Tour, charismatic Patterson, 42, is still a legitimate title threat. The Chicago AVP Gold Series event will take over Oak Street Beach on Friday through Sunday.
