Paul Anthony Annett (18 February 1937 – 11 December 2017) was an English film and television director. Grave of Paul Annett in Highgate Cemetery. Biography. Annett directed numerous television programmes including Poldark and EastEnders. [1] . He died on 11 December 2017, at the age of 80, and was buried on the eastern side of Highgate Cemetery.

Director, Producer, Writer. 18 February 1937 to 11 December 2017. A British director, producer and writer who began his career directing horror movies such as The Beast Must Die (1974), Annett then found success on the small screen directing 7 episodes of the first series of Poldark (1975-1976).
