Sean Persaud (born August 22nd) is an Indian-American writer, actor, and producer. He is most noteably known for his parts in Shipwrecked Comedy, Mank, and "I Ship It."
Sean was born on August 22nd in New York. He is the oldest of the three Persaud siblings. Their family later moved and for the most part lived near Salem, Massachusetts; there they lived amongst spooky stories and history that inspired the Persauds. Sean grew up doing various small acting parts like playing a pirate for a tour company and being apart of shakespeare shows.
Eventually, he went to college and then moved out to LA. He began to pursue being a writer and actor more professionally. Sean still lives in LA with his wife, Mary Kate Wiles, and two cats, Rosie and Pepper. The two posted about being engaged, after 8 years of dating, on April 10th, 2022. On March 11th, 2023 the couple eloped to Hawaii and were married.
Sean attended Boston University and eventually took acting classes after moving out to LA.
Sean got roped into Shipwrecked Comedy by his younger sister, Sinéad Persaud. He started off by playing Edgar Allan Poe in A Tell Tale Vlog and James in Kissing in The Rain.
