Caitlin Elizabeth Wachs is an American production assistant and former actress, who is best known for her role as Chloe Waters in Profiler and as Rebecca Calloway in the ABC TV series Commander in Chief.
For Disney, she portrayed Penny in Inspector Gadget 2 (replacing Michelle Trachtenberg) and Karen Riley in Phantom of the Megaplex. She also played Andrea Framm in Air Bud: World Pup and Air Bud: Seventh Inning Fetch. Additionally, she appeared in Mickey's Fun Songs: Beach Party at Walt Disney World in 1995. She retired from acting in 2014. Now, she works as a production assistant. She also appeared as herself in the 1996 Disney Commercial for the Pocahontas CD Rom Game.
