Yuen Woo-ping (Chinese: 袁和平; pinyin: Yuán Hépíng; alias: Yuen Wo-ping; born 1945) is a Hong Kong martial arts choreographer and film director who worked in Hong Kong action cinema and later Hollywood films.
Woo-Ping Yuen is a Chinese martial arts filmmaker who has worked on movies such as Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, The Grandmaster and Kill Bill. He was born in 1945 in Guangzhou and is the son of Siu-Tin Yuen, a stuntman and actor.
