Sidney Edmond Jocelyn Ackland CBE (29 February 1928 – 19 November 2023) was an English actor who appeared in more than 130 film, radio and television roles. He was nominated for the BAFTA Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for portraying Jock Delves Broughton in White Mischief (1987).
Joss Ackland was a distinguished English actor who appeared in over 100 movies, scores of plays and a plethora of television programs in his six-decade career. He was nominated for two BAFTA Awards and was a Commander of the British Empire.
