Ark Encounter is a Christian theme park that opened in Williamstown, Kentucky, United States, in 2016. Jun 5, 2016 · As others have noted, there is lots of walking, and the grounds outside the ark are pretty hot during the summer. There are elevators, but most folks walk up the long ramps to view the 3 main levels inside the ark. Scooters are available for rent, and we saw a few people using wheelchairs to get around.
