Koji Uehara (上原 浩治, Uehara Kōji, [ɯehara koːdʑi]; born April 3, 1975) is a Japanese former professional baseball pitcher. He played for the Yomiuri Giants of Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB), as well as the Baltimore Orioles, Texas Rangers, Boston Red Sox, and Chicago Cubs of Major League Baseball (MLB).
Koji Uehara is a retired Japanese pitcher who played in MLB for the Blue Jays and the Red Sox. He was an All-Star and a World Series MVP in 2013, and had a career ERA of 2.66 and a WHIP of 0.890.
