Cătălina Ponor ( Romanian pronunciation: [kətəˈlina poˈnor]; born 20 August 1987) is a Romanian former artistic gymnast who competed at three Olympiads: 2004, 2012, and 2016. She won three gold medals at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens on balance beam, floor and as part of the Romanian team.

She retired at the end of 2007, but in 2011, Ponor made a comeback at the Romanian national championships and won gold on beam and vault. This qualified her for the national team and earned her a spot on the World Championships team, where she made the final on beam, finishing seventh.
