About Lee C. Durio. Lee C. Durio was born and raised in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. He received a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He then enrolled at Southern University Law Center where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and received his Juris Doctorate degree.
