Timothy Joseph Hill (born May 21, 1958) is an American director, screenwriter, producer, and voice actor. Career. Hill began his career in the 1990s as a writer for the show Rocko's Modern Life with Stephen Hillenburg and Derek Drymon, and was also a writer and producer on the shows Exit 57, KaBlam! and Kenny the Shark.
