Oct 25, 2023 · Tucked away off of a busy thoroughfare on the west side of Summerville, Colonial Dorchester State Historic Site showcases a pre-Revolutionary war town and fort. This fascinating site is only 35 minutes northwest of downtown Charleston, SC and has none of the crowds to worry about.
