This is a very pretty park with picnic and fishing areas and gorgeous views of the Rio Grande. Mexico is only a Stoney's throw away and there is a Reynosa, Mexico park on the opposite side of the river.

Anzalduas Park is open daily until dark. As you can see from the map on the right, the park is located on a loop of the Rio Grande such that visitors can see Mexico to the north. Entrance to the park requires driving over a levy and over a bridge along a floodway.
