Feb 28, 2015 · From this pier you have an excellent view of the Lower Manhattan Skyline. Just take the PATH to Exchange Place and walk on to the Hudson side. As an alternative, you may walk on Hudson River Waterfront Walkway - access between PATH station and Hyatt Regency. This pier is even more down on the Hudson-river.
