  3. The monument is very impressive and beautiful. You can go inside. Down in the basement is the casket of President Garfield (with Garfield inside). You are also able to go up to the balcony outside for a great view and onto a balcony inside for a nice view inside. Signs inside the cemetery point the way and parking isn't an issue.
