  2. It's located on a 7-acre site in the Village of Roslyn Harbor on Long Island. Besides the beautiful house which has recently been restored, the property has a large pond (actually a small lake), boathouse, old mill (also recently restored) and landscape gardens designed by Bryant himself.

  3. The Clayton-Cedarmere Estates are located in Roslyn Harbor, New York, United States, listed jointly on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. Clayton, the bulk of the property, is the large landscaped Bryce/Frick estate, now home to the Nassau County Museum of Art.

  8. Such a beautiful natural setting on Hempstead Harbor in Roslyn. Had a wonderful guided tour of the beautiful grounds at Cedarmere. Could imagine being a guest of William Cullen Bryant in the 1800s there. Great tree specimens, water views, dusk lighting, bird sightings.
