   Top ways to experience nearby attractions. It was amazed to see the park leads to a waterfall and it was only 2 to 3 miles from Monrovia. The trail was not too difficult but there were interesting features (water dams) along the trail.

   Jan 15, 2024 · Lots of trees and plants and brooks along the way. The beauty about this park is that you can stop and sit on one of the big rocks to catch your breath, or just to enjoy the view. We did see a couple of interesting birds along the way. It is 2 miles to get to the itty-bitty waterfalls from the post.

   • Since last September when the Bobcat Fire burned hundreds of acres in Monrovia, including Monrovia Canyon Park, the facility has been closed to the public. Staff and volunteers have contributed countless hours repairing trails, clearing fallen trees, painting facilities and aiding in regrowth.
