  2. IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL TOURS. Holocaust Museum Houston has four different tour experiences for classrooms and community groups to explore our galleries – docent-led tours, virtual tours, audio guided tours, and self-guided tours.

Using the lessons of the Holocaust and other genocides, we teach the dangers of hatred, prejudice and apathy. HOURS & ADMISSION. Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.

    Among the museum's four permanent galleries and two changing exhibition galleries, visitors will find everything from film footage taken during World War II to diaries from young people of the era to a 1942 railcar that was used to transport victims. The museum's permanent collection includes items that belonged to Holocaust victims, survivors and ...

    The museum is open Tuesday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday noon to 5 p.m.; it's closed on Monday, except for holiday weekends.

    Admission is $22 for adults, $16 for seniors and free for anyone 18 or younger. Admission is free for everyone from 2 to 5 p.m. on Thursdays and on select holidays. Paid parking is available nearby. The museum can be reached using the Museum District stop on the METRORail Red Line. For more information visit the official website.
