Evil Twin (Korean: 전설의 고향; RR: Jeonseol-ui gohyang) is a 2007 South Korean horror film. When an accident claims the life of a young girl, during the same incident her twin sister fell into a coma and awakens 10 years later. Many deaths follows her recovery, and she seemingly takes on her sister's personality traits.

May 23, 2007 · Overview. In coma for a decade, the twin So Yeon wakes finally up. But she can't recall many things. Her other twin sister, Hyo Jin, died in the accident that led to So Yeon's coma. Now that So Yeon has gained her consciousness back, strange things start to happen.
While running from a group of village kids, Hyo-jin and his sister So-yeon fall into the lake. The mother of the twins tries hard to save them, both but manages only to save So-yeon, who is alive but comatose. Ten years later, CHOI is murdered mysteriously as he was heading home from a friends gathering.
