Snow Dogs gives you a good look into the Alaskan environment and the local snow dogs instrumental in the Arctic challenge. The sentimental moments that show Cuba Gooding Jr get closer to his biological father, find love and appreciate Alaska are well balanced with the humor that flows in the film.
SNOW DOGS is a cute, funny movie, with great laughs for the children and compelling and challenging heart issues for adults. It is also a moral, even biblical, movie. Ted cries out to God for rescue, and his adoptive mother tells him that she survived a plane ride only through 14 hours of prayer.
